Instead of focusing on their work, the staff is constantly busy using their mobile phones and chatting among themselves. This lack of attention is causing unnecessary delays. Please look into this matter immediately and improve your service efficiency

Once served they were stone cold.politely said to the girl serving these are stone cold, she then said I told u they weren’t very warm. I politely replied there is a big difference between not very warm and stone cold. She then argued we’re not a hot counter.annoyed that she had been called out when she clearly had over cooked for a slow day as shelves full Of cold food. And not many buying. Last time we attended we were offered hot ones from the oven, rude member of staff who needs to be retrained in customer service without being rude to customers. Will see if use again but probably won’t.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
