  Came here just for a soda while I was craving Dr Pepper with ice cubes from a dispenser. I paid 4.9 quid or something and then waited forever for a refill cup, even after other customers came in later collected their food. I said 'excuse me' into the kitchen but they just ignored me even after hearing my voice and looking at me calling them. When one of them was passing other customers their food, who came in after me, I called him with my number and receipt but he didnt even look at it and told me that he will check half-heartedly. But then he went into the kitchen again and definitely worked on other orders, completely ignoring my order, which should've been done 10 minutes before then, since what I ordered was just a refillable soda. Eventually, I came to the order counter and managed to get a cup for my order after a long period of time that my order has been deliberately ignored and wasted. Moreover, the ice cubes didn't come out from the dispenser. I can say it was absolutely a total rip off and the worst experience ever among the Five Guys branches with the rude and ignorant staff members in the kitchen. If you don't want to interact with customers, why are you working here? You'd be better off staying at home and taking a rest. The young lady at the counter was nice tho

  O lanche não estava bom, o pão não estava selado , e o lanche é muito pequeno não cobriu nenhum buraco do meu dente. Compensa mais ir no McDonald's . O que compensa nesse é só a batata , é boa e vem bastante .

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Five Guys. The service was slow, and the staff were not very helpful or welcoming. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I expected better customer service and a much better experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service.

  Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Five Guys. The service was not as good as expected, and I was not satisfied with the overall experience. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves the service for customers in the future.

  I came here and brought all my friends on the 12th September 2026, and we were sitting outside and one of my friends got five guys and one of the staff members was removing us from the seating area and saying it was closed however we just ordered food and half of us were in the middle of eating the food and he was very firm on us leaving the premises however Rajib was amazing and very thoughtful and gave excellent customer service and was very nice and helpful at the till especially when my friend has special needs. I want to thank Rajib and give him a 5/5 for everything without him I don't think I would keep coming here.
