  I came to Tesco. I bought a power bank here. In fact, while buying it, I talked to the staff at the checkout. I asked if I could return it if there was a problem, and they said, yes, I could return it within 28 days. I used the power bank for two weeks; I couldn't come earlier because I live far away, and I returned the power bank. There was a problem with the product; it charged in 18 hours. Charging in 18 hours is not normal. I showed them there; the time kept increasing non-stop. The manager also saw it; the female staff member there also saw it. Even though they saw that the issue was with the product, they made me not return it; they did everything they could to avoid taking it back. And they asked me for the package. I said I threw away the package, but I still have the receipt; I bought it from here, and it’s proof. Despite this, they did not accept it. I mean, how can a business like this even be? I can't understand it at all. Completely absurd, and I mean, a faulty product.

  Pharmacy service in this store is very good. Pharmacist Fehmida is exceptional with her knowladge and people skills and care.

  It appears that Tesco EV charging points are predominantly being used by DPD vans. It would be helpful if Tesco could consider increasing the number of available charging points for Tesco customers or, alternatively, ensure that commercial vehicles are relocated from these facilities.

  The staff is usually helpful but most of the time busy. Parking is plenty for disabled also. The Tesco is accepting both credit and debit card with NFC payments. There are plenty of products ( Chinese, Asian, Indian, European and American as well). The Tesco extra store is always clean and tidy. Also the security is alert 24/7. The price mark is clearly visible with timely new offers and discounts. There is also coin to cash machine working 24/7. There are plenty of self checkouts and tills available with staff ready to serve. Also they strictly check the ID's for confirming you are 18+ while buying bales, alcoholic products and also some medicines. There is car washing area available next to Tesco. This Tesco accepts both cash and card payment. Also there is a small limited pharmacy available in-store. They also do latest iPhones smarthphones and SIM cards. They also offer drop-off services. With the right address provided. Also you would find tons of products which you are looking for. Also they have a cleary marked dates of products and everyday they have reduced to clear offers as well.
