  قسمت چک اوت همیشه یک‌نفر می ایسته و بیشترشون بداخلاق هستند انگار از مردم ناراحت هستن، از وقتی دیدم این رفتارشون متکبرانه است دیگر سعی می کنم خرید نکنم.

  I visited your coffee shop this morning expecting to have breakfast, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to take orders, despite several customers already seated and having their breakfast. I waited for about five minutes, but no staff member came to assist. I then decided to leave briefly to purchase something from a nearby store. When I returned, I found two staff members arguing about who should refill the coffee machine. This discussion continued while customers, including myself, were waiting to be served. After some time, instead of assisting customers, both employees went to the back kitchen area without acknowledging anyone at the counter. I eventually asked one of the staff members if I could get a coffee. Without even looking at me, she responded that the coffee machine was not working, while still facing away. There was no apology or attempt to offer an alternative. As someone who works in customer service, I found this level of service unacceptable. Customers should be acknowledged, communicated with respectfully, and offered solutions even when issues arise. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve customer service standards.

  I was disappointed with my visit. There were only two staff members on the checkout tills, which resulted in a very long queue and a long wait to pay. Tesco needs to have more tills open during busy periods to improve customer service and reduce waiting times

  While this supermarket itself is reasonably clean and tidy the surrounding site is atrocious with piles of discarded beer cans etc in the bushes dog fecies in the underpass etc it's time whoever is in charge of managing the area got out of his office and took a look around the area. If he can't manage the job take on 5 unemployed for his salary and get the tidying up done especially looking over the overpass and bridge etc every India isn't as bad as that area

  This used to my local Tesco however I stop going there as the Indian security guard will follow me around the store I am black female and have been going to this Tesco since I was a teenager I have never stolen anything there, I also use to work close by so Lunch time I will get my lunch from there something I will be in this Tesco 2-3 times a day. tho I have stopped using this Tesco my mother still do I really don’t know why she does,my mother have mobility issue and she have a blue badge due to her health issue she’s not able to walk around quickly as her back, hips and knees muscle are degenerating she is always in pain and she move very slowly, this is the second time that Horizon parking have sent her ticket for taking too long in Tesco which is disgusting people now have time limit for how long they can shop in this Tesco branch, she was told as long as she is on the property she will not be charge however horizon don’t seems to do any follow up with Tesco security and check before sending out ticket. I really wish she would stop shopping at this Tesco To be charge for shopping at Tesco for parking is so disgusting both from Tesco and Horizon. Tesco is a multi billion trillion company and charging people for parking is outstandingly greedy shame on both Tesco and Horizon.
