  I would like to make a formal complaint about a member of staff named Tawa. He was very rude and was swearing at us during our visit. I asked to speak to the manager, and he told me, “I’m the manager.” However, I later found out that he was not the manager. I was very disappointed by the way we were treated. I did not expect Tesco staff to behave in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards customers. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and take appropriate action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I arrived at approximately 10:52 PM, eight minutes before the advertised 11:00 PM closing time, only to buy a bottle of water because my baby was crying due to the extreme heat. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of compassion, the security guard locked the door right in front of me. I politely explained the situation and respectfully requested to be allowed in just to buy water. I even folded my hands and asked with complete respect. The security guard clearly saw and heard everything, but chose to ignore me completely. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help. The attitude displayed was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Closing at 11:00 PM should mean customers are allowed to enter until that time, not be turned away several minutes early without any consideration—especially in a situation involving a crying child and a basic necessity like drinking water. Tesco should seriously investigate this incident and review whether this individual is suitable for a customer-facing role. Staff representing a company should treat people with respect and basic human decency, not ignore them when they are asking for help. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously because no customer should be treated this way. Happy to provide further details with all evidence and proof

  Very disappointing experience overall. Most of the staff were actually very nice and helpful, which makes it even more frustrating to mention the issue I had with security. There is one tall security guard who was consistently unfriendly, did not smile, and came across as very defensive in his attitude. He was also constantly on his phone, which didn’t look professional at all and made it feel like he wasn’t really paying attention to his role. I even tried to get his name but couldn’t. It’s a shame because the rest of the team were great, but this one experience really stood out for the wrong reasons. If someone is in a customer-facing security role, basic friendliness and professionalism should be expected. Hope this gets looked into

  They close at 11pm but are turning customers away at 10:50pm. Management need to look into this place. I only wanted 1 thing and told the security guard as well
