  I shop here often as its my local and I am always very impressed by the customer service I receive, especially from Sheetal. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond so that I always have a nice shopping experience! Great service indeed!

  How comes this tescos closes at 23.53 when it’s meant to 0000 not the first time this happened, I will make a formal complaint to Tesco

  I have to admit l that the place is usually shambles but Sheetal gave a great service. They really need to align the floor space with stock appropriately

  I was physically attacked by another customer after a loud argument broke out. The situation escalated quickly, and I was pushed and assaulted. What shocked me even more was that several staff members stood there watching the argument turn physical and did absolutely nothing to intervene, support me, or protect me. I was left to defend myself, and I was in complete shock I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The staff member named Sheitel allowed the woman who attacked me to walk away freely and even let her continue paying for her items as if nothing had happened. Instead of treating the incident seriously, she told everyone, “Everyone leave, it’s nothing serious,” despite the fact that I had just been physically assaulted. Another staff member, who witnessed the entire incident from start to finish, had the nerve to ask me what had happened even though she saw everything unfold right in front of her. This shows a complete lack of awareness, responsibility, and basic safeguarding. When I questioned why no action was taken, I was told that the woman who attacked me was “vulnerable” and that I should “let it go.” This is an unacceptable response to a physical assault. Vulnerability does not excuse violence, and it does not remove the store’s responsibility to safeguard all customers. The security guard also refused to get involved, stating that he “does not condone fighting,” which makes me question why security is even present if they will not step in during an actual incident. Only one staff member helped by pulling me away from the attacker everyone else ignored what was happening right in front of them. This branch failed to follow even the most basic safety procedures. No customer should ever be left unprotected in a violent situation, and no one should be dismissed or told to “let it go” after being physically attacked. I strongly urge head office to investigate this incident, review staff training, and take immediate action to ensure customer safety. Until serious changes are made, I would advise others to avoid this branch if they value their safety.
