  Absolute shit! I've been standing here for over 10 mins and the store is still not open. Even though it states that the store is supposed to open at 6am.

  This has to be the most chaotic, disorganised and messy Tesco express I have ever been in. And every time I go in, it's the same thing. What a terrible shop.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Teaco Express Southall. The staff were extremely unhelpful and spoke to customers in a rude and unprofessional manner. I visited the store with a carton of milk that had spoiled before its expiry date. When I requested a replacement, I was informed that exchanges are only allowed within two days of purchase. This policy does not seem reasonable when the product was clearly defective despite being within its expiry date. Instead of assisting me or addressing my concern, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to help. Customer service should be respectful and focused on resolving genuine issues, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management reviews this matter and takes steps to improve both customer service standards and the handling of product quality complaints.

  Regular customer for over a year, the experience at this store is consistently poor. Staff are unhelpful and often rude. Today I asked for cooking oil and was pointed in a vague direction; the large bottles are kept behind the tills where customers can’t see them, so I gave up and left without buying anything. The self-scan area has no bags accessible, you have to queue, get a bag, then start over. There’s no dedicated help for machine issues. Staff don’t ask for Clubcards or assist with packing. For such a busy location, the store is cramped, understocked, and poorly run. I’ve raised this in Tesco surveys before, nothing changes. Avoid if you can.
