  I called Dominos 3-4 times to place an order. One staff member answered and told me he couldn't take my order and that only his manager could do it. He transferred the call, but nobody answered for more than 10 minutes. When I called back, I was told the manager was "busy" and that he still couldn't take the order himself. He also mentioned that there were only two people in the store. This is completely unacceptable. If customers are calling to place an order, staff should be trained and available to assist instead of making customers wait endlessly. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inability to handle a simple order made for a very frustrating experience. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this p e based on the service alone.
