- AVAntons VideosMar 18, 20261.0I went into my local shop this morning to get the newspaper, while waiting in the Que there was an issue with a payment from a lady where she paid her items and then I saw the manager shouting telling her she had not paid. The lady had paid and showed the man on her bank but the manager was shouting at her telling her the transaction was in limbo and being very rude, not what I expect to see from management at my local shop the poor women. The manger with long hair (male) Shouting at a women in his own words ( I have to shout to talk over you), never have I witnessed in my 43 years of living such a horrible way to treat a customer. Very disappointing from a lovely row of shop such a disgusting member of management ever. I left feeling uncomfortable for the lady.
