  I know it is a small Tesco, but no great choice of necessities, expensive and staff is rather unhelpful - either they don't understand what you are asking or can't be bothered to help. Thankfully there is the Wine cellar convenience store around the corner and at least they give a better service

  This store needs to check it's sale by dates, pack of 4 Chicken burgers bought the date on them was only noticed when got home spent nearly £4 on them and NO receipt because the machine didn't print. OUT of date Burgers OUT of pocket and no way to prove they were bought today. Ho and ANSWER THE PHONE

  Regularly out of stock for the items needed, in particular fresh bread. Often have to queue when there are tills closed that could be open. Staff always appear to be filling the shelves in the middle of the day, making it difficult to get around the store easily. Previously shopped at a Sainsbury's Local which was considerably better.

  Walked in holding a small dog, was just going to grab potatoes and security guy told to get out. Other tesco express are more lenient when it comes to dogs. Will take my business to local smaller shops instead.

  Overpriced and never stocked with what most people would consider basics. Went in there at 7pm on a Sunday - nothing in the vegetable aisle except for a lonely bag of potatoes and an apple. Plenty of crisps (a whole aisle) and ready meals (a whole fridge) though! Not sure what kind of diet they think the local demographic lives on...
