  Picking up a parcel. No queue, go up to counter. Man at the counter tells me to wait in a random spot. After a couple of minutes, a different man comes up to me and asks my name. I give it and say do you need to scan the code. He says no, walks to an aisle where all the parcels are on the floor and gives me the parcel and walks away. I catch up with him and ask again - he gets behind a counter without saying anything and asks for one of the customers to come to his till. I say again do you need to scan my code. He ignores me so I begin to walk away. NOW, he asks to scan the code so I walk over and he says no I’m serving this customer there’s a queue. I give him my phone with the code and ask is that it, he scans it and doesn’t say anything but starts to serve customers again. I walk away and now he shouts he needs to scan the parcel like I’m shoplifting or something. I go back again to do that but I’m damned if I go back to this shop again
