  ⭐ Great Food, Friendly Service & a Welcoming Atmosphere at Wingstop! 🍗 I visited Wingstop for a bite to eat and had a really enjoyable experience! The food was delicious, the service was great, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I decided to try the new Hot Honey Sriracha flavour, and it was really tasty! The portion sizes were generous, and the food arrived relatively quickly, piping hot and freshly prepared. Exactly what you want when you're craving some good food! 😋 There’s plenty of seating available, although it was quite busy when I visited. I believe there may also be seating upstairs, but I didn’t get a chance to check it out. The location is convenient, with plenty of other shops nearby and lots of parking available. Just bear in mind that the parking is paid 😒. 🚗 I visited on a Saturday, and the restaurant was very busy, so depending on the time of your visit and the size of your group, you may experience a bit of a wait. However, the overall experience was well worth it! A special shout-out to Sohail, who was greeting customers at the entrance. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and approachable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference and helped make my visit even more enjoyable! 👏 Overall, I had a great experience at Wingstop, with tasty food, generous portions and excellent customer service.   ⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience! I visited Wingstop Romford and ordered a burger with coleslaw. The coleslaw smelled absolutely disgusting, like it was rotten and had gone off. It was completely unacceptable and made me feel sick. I’m really disappointed with the food quality and concerned about the freshness and hygiene standards. Food should never be served in this condition, especially from a well-known restaurant like Wingstop. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be returning anytime soon!

  Really disappointing experience at Wingstop today. I ordered when they opened and spent £20.90 on my food. I had the table sign so that my order could be brought over to my table, but while I was sitting there, a member of staff randomly took the sign away. When I explained that it was mine and that I was waiting for my order, they were convinced it wasn’t mine and refused to give it back for over two minutes. The way I was spoken to was also rather rude and completely unnecessary. On top of that, I found a strand of hair in my sauce. I’m honestly not too bothered about the hair itself as these things can happen, but the staff member’s behaviour was what really ruined the experience for me. I paid £20.90 expecting a decent experience, especially being there right at opening, and I found the interaction unnecessarily rude and confusing. I hope management can look into how customers are being treated, because the food was one thing, but the customer service was the main issue for me.

  I’ve had Wingstop before and the food is ok, so I’d give it five stars to be nice. The place is chaotic, but I get that as it’s busy in the city. I’m honestly furious about my order today though; I had to walk back ten minutes in the cold rain because they messed it up, and they didn't even try to make up for my lost time. New branch so thought id get a treat. Instead left doing errands. Annoyed. Foods cold as well now. Cheers.

  Had a brilliant meal at Wing stop Romford London ! The [wings / boneless wings / tenders] were cooked perfectly—incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I tried the Louisiana Rub and the sauce-to-meat ratio was spot on. Highly recommend adding the seasoned fries with a side of ranch. Will definitely be coming back for my next wing fix!" "I had a fantastic experience at Wingstop Romford London, largely thanks to an amazing staff member named “Sialrbi” From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive.
