But the Asian small-haired haircut wearing glasses refused to do that. She said Do your other things first but at the moment she was busy with another customer. We had to do another transaction, which was time-consuming. Her approach made me feel like I am gonna steal those items. It just happened today around 18.50 to 19.10. Hope next time we will have better service.

When I tried to get help, the Tesco staff completely failed me and just passed me around from regular staff, to customer service, to security. In the end, customer service completely dismissed my distress and defended the racist customer by making excuses for his behavior. This store completely failed its duty of care and showed zero training on handling discrimination. Unsafe environment. Good job for normalising racism 👍👍
