  Lush food, customer service was exceptional, served by Samuel H. Restaurant was clean as always for a fiveguys and it was speedy to receive our food.

  Don't order delivery. The delivery was terrible everything cold and the chips was a handful especially considering it's 5 pounds extra for what 20 chips that's crazy considering five guys is known for giving you overflowing bag normally. The burger was alright decent meat but dayum burger and chips is the combo and complements eachother.

  I just want to say my double cheese burger was finger licking good and let me not ever start with my chocolate milkshake gosh that took me back 19 years down childhood lane crazy ain’t had a good chocolate milkshake since 2007 and I’m being so serious about that so I’d love to thank you so much for just making my day even better order number 26 xx

  2 people working there were so rude and vety immature one even lied and said I left the store and he saw me leave which is not true, run the cameras and see for yourself. The music is way to loud and you cant hear them call numbers. I went to check on my ccajun fries and she said they've been here iI called your number. I said I didnt hear you the music is way to loud, can you please give me new fries. She strops off almost throws the bag of fries at the wall. Angrily dunks a new batch of fries into the oil.Not what I was expecting at all. I waited for it to finish she angrily slung it into the bag and with attitude put way less than a large fries is supposed to be then she called me back as I was standing right there. Slaps it on the table and walks off. So I went to the front and tried to level with her. I said I know your having a bad day and so am I but thats no reason to take it out on me. She gets angry and blurts out I gave you a large fries. I said come on now this is not a large fries. Everyone knows a large fries from 5 guys is enormous. She walks off angrily whilst saying I'll give you another large fries Again which is not what I wanted, I was happy to have another scoop in my bag to make it a true 5 guys large fries. She loads up another bag slaps it on the table and walks off. I said to the other guy working there I've been kind and respectful and he says defensively they both tried to call my number .. I heard number 8,9,31, never heard 14. Again probably because the music is so loud. It was just super immature of them both and I wont be going back. She put tons of cajun seasoning and I cant even eat them Im 36 weeks pregnant and tired and worked late too. We all have crap days and it wasnt nice to take it out on me like that. 😕
