  I was honestly a bit scared after seeing all the reviews but decided to chance it as this was my closest Relay drop off. I don't know if I got lucky but the staff members there were super nice and friendly to me. As I walked into the shop, another customer was coming out smiling and laughing with the man behind the till. I apparoached the till and he started to ask me how he could help but someone jumped in front of me in the queue. I thought I'd just wait my turn since I wasn't in a rush and a younger man who wasn't behind the till came and asked me if I wanted to send a parcel. I told him I did and he immediately started to help me with it, and apologised to me that his phone was being slow cause I could see it was a bit broken / cracked. I told him no problem I wasn't in a rush and to take his time, and then he gave me a big smile, asked me to give him the parcel and went behind the till to grab a different phone to scan the barcode for me. He popped the label onto the parcel and told me it was all done and we wished each other a nice day. Honestly both staff members were smiling and friendly and I'd come to this shop again.

  Tried charging me 4:10 for a 1:99 zero sugar coca cola bottle and a 1 pound pack of starbursts and 60p polos all adding up to £3:60 might only be 50p but moneys money. So when I corrected them and said it was 3:60 they started saying i dont know. Since I didnt want to carry it i asked for a bag after I paid and said how much is it, they said dont worry.Then the shop keeper gave me a death stare. Im only 12 aswell.

  Check the till screens before you pay, they always scan random items and add to your bill. Not the first time this has happened. Untrustworthy store.
