  1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I rarely leave bad reviews, but after waiting nearly 2 hours for my Deliveroo order, I feel I have no choice. I called the rider to find out what was happening, and he told me he was already inside the Burger King on Hornchurch Road, Romford, waiting for the order. He said the staff were busy serving in-store customers and the drive-through, while delivery orders were being left behind. He also told me that my order was ready but had still not been packed and handed over. What was even more frustrating was that no one seemed interested in resolving the issue. The manager did not appear to take any action despite the long delays. Waiting almost 2 hours for fast food is simply unacceptable. I understand restaurants get busy, but customers should not be treated differently just because they order through Deliveroo. We pay for the same food and service. I would like Burger King head office to investigate this matter properly and review how this branch handles delivery orders and customer service. Experiences like this damage customer trust and should not happen. Sadly, this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have had, and I will think twice before ordering from this branch again.

  Rude staff with the delivery riders they taking soo much time to prepare even though if it been prepared they don’t bother to ask from Riders to give them if riders asked them they don’t even notice Seriously

  Totally bad experience because of their staff is too lazy and rudely behaving to food delivery riders. They are not busy but compair to others but they taking too much time as usual. Such a irresponsible management there. That staff taking customers and riders phone for updates our reviews so all innocent people gave phone easily.

  Staff behaviour was very poor .Staff was very very rudely behaved specially with drivers they waiting like 30-40 minutes for one order if they are asking why you guys taking too long then manager said cancel the order we are busy I don’t understand where they are busy .They just chatting with each other specially manager.

  Shocking by the shift manager even after giving my food to someone else I had to demand it was made fresh and when I asked for a mayo after getting it wrong had the audacity to say we charge. It’s only BK but what should have been simple was made rubbish.
