  Very rude staff very disappointed with my local Burger King restaurant. Crew member is a joke. Signh was very understanding as a manager but the crew manager whatever his name was very disrespectful.

  Very bad bacon cheeseburger. No sauce, no veg, old rubbery bacon. Staff not wearing gloves when preparing food and immediately using their phone after handling food. Very dirty toilets. Never again.

  Very bad behaviour of the staff member his name was Saud Ali. i was with my family he shouted on me he don’t have sense how to talk with customers. I ordered 30 minutes ago when I ask my order he didn’t respond me properly 2,3 times I ask from him about my food.

  Not sure way renovated to a restaurant still as service felt not prior to diners or walk in customers only bike delivery's. Done a click and collect order 2417 this time around. items missing no spaces for parking just a long que to welcome us visiting to collect order.

  Very disappointing experience at the Burger King in Hornchurch. The food was cold, the order was incorrect, and the service was poor. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue. The restaurant was not as clean as it should have been, and the overall experience was far below expectations. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this branch.
