  I was charged twice for my order, and when I raised the issue with the staff, they were not helpful at all. They insisted that the transaction had not gone through, even after I showed them the debit transaction on my banking app clearly indicating that the payment had been processed. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way my concern was handled. Instead of investigating the issue or offering assistance, I felt that my complaint was dismissed. I was also concerned to see that food was being prepared without gloves. When I asked about it, I was told that this was their policy. Regardless of policy, this raised hygiene concerns for me and further affected my confidence in the establishment. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and I hope the business takes steps to improve both its payment dispute handling and food preparation practices.

  Popped in and used my Free Birthday Whopper Burger offer. Inside was clean and staff very polite. Only issue I had was that as a wheelchair user front doors were very heavy to pull open and only 1 door was unlocked so was a bit awkward trying to open door and get through into building.

  The gentleman named **Ali**, who I believe is a manager at the location, behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner towards us. The situation began when I requested **no ice in my drink**. Despite clearly informing him that I did not want ice, he told me, *“Sorry, we can’t make you a new drink.”* I found his response and overall attitude completely unacceptable, especially since my request had been made clearly before the drink was prepared. I am also sending this complaint to **Burger King** for their attention and would like the matter to be investigated appropriately. Furthermore, I request that the relevant **CCTV footage from the incident be preserved**, as it may provide important evidence of what occurred. I am also notifying the relevant local authority/court and requesting that the footage be retained in case it is required as evidence in any subsequent proceedings.
