  I have to go into this tesco every now and then. I'm so confused by the layout, I cant understand how theyve chosen to organise this store and I always leave with less than I thought. The staff are lovely, this may be the only redeeming feature!

  The staff is very bad, first they were talking in Urdu/Hindi in front of customers and that looks pretty rude second they were using very vulgar and abusive language. I could understand them but i wish at that time i shouldn’t be able to understand them. They were abusing each other mothers and sisters and talking about women vagina and stuff in abusive way. This happened at near 4:05-4:10 on Sunday 5 July in the aisle where there is Pringles and guys name were rehan and faisal. Please i request manager to have a look i am an old customer of you guys

  The only thing that any consumer would reasonably expect is a retail location that opens on time - every day - at the legally appointed hour. That is 07:00am, tesco senior management - not whenever it opened today, Saturday 04/07/2026, which would have been well after 07:15am which was when we arrived there to try and collect essentials, to find one of its elderly employees - masked out of the photograph below - loitering outside the locked venue waiting for someone to open it. This location with its rude woman who cannot be bothered to even open a plastic bag for a customer instead of just tossing it at them, disinterested staff who are constantly blocking entire aisles, poorly managed checkouts which consistently have one or more of these 'self service' devices not working - and you can forget about an actual cashier behind the tills - has been useless since we arrived in Kew. It remains useless to this day.

  I avoid this place as much as Possible. Staff ain’t got a clue and being in a prominent location like Kew I expected better from Tesco!! Till staff don’t listen and it’s always empty.
