  Not the usual 5 Guys food and service.Quite deceiving. Slow,messy and disorganised. By the time they wrap your burger ,it would be cold as they stand looking at it for several minutes with the patty on the bun. Fries are not crispy at all and oily.Not freshly cooked for sure.They have probably been sitting there for hours before they end up in your cup. I am a 5 Guys fan, been eating at several locations …this is by far the worst I have had. Also not super clean…

  Disappointing. Five guys is meant to be fast food and good quality, didn’t get either for the price. Wouldn’t return.
