  Very busy, consistent burgers, vegetable sandwich was rubbish, expected a veggie burger, fries are great and plentiful but wouldn't rush back given the exorbitant prices.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my visit. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and what concerned me the most was seeing staff preparing food without any hair coverings. Watching food being handled in those conditions did not give me confidence in the hygiene standards. I expect much better from a well-known chain like Five Guys. Cleanliness and food hygiene should always be a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards at this location.

  Empty restaurant in Richmond. Four guys behind the counter. 15 min to make a little milkshake. And the place smells like a toilet. Dont understand the hype.

  Serious rip off! Ordered 2 kids meals and got charged £35.00 for kids meals!!!! With starving children and busy restaurant I had no time to debate!! If I ordered from the app for the same thing £17!!

  I’ve always enjoyed five guys but this meal was terrible. The burger was ok but the chips were dreadful - full of black potato slices and too heavily salted. Tables were dirty and staff were unfriendly. Also overpriced for what we had.
