  This is my local store and go there frequently. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Shelves are always well stocked with plenty of choice. If the brand I want is not in stock, there is always something else to choose from. My problem is with the EV charging points. The fast charger has been out of order 18 months now. I have reported it several times and nothing is done about it.

  Went to Tesco Extra Rainham this afternoon to by some houseplant food, found that ok. I was shocked to see the state of the houseplants located near the checkouts. Cut flowers were ok, but the potted plants, were a sorry state, many were so desperate for some water 💧 Plants are living things, and although not sentient deserve to be cared for in the correct manner, surely a member of staff could at least give them some water before they die. Imagine if Tesco sold pets, they'd all be starving and close to death. Come on Tesco look after your plants correctly or don't stock them. Do the right thing.... UPDATE: Went into Tesco Extra again today 5 days from my last visit, went to the plant section of the store. Same potted plants, still dying through lack of water, called the duty manager George, told him the situation even offered to buy some bottles of water, sadly George did not seem really concerned. I hope Tesco's treats it colleagues better than it's potted plants....

  For a tesco superstore this doesn’t have very much of anything…. Ever! Even essentials for example sweet potatoes none! Parsnips none! Cola original none! Banana none! And many other simple stuff and they never have enough of. Members of staff no where to be found! They also seem to be restocking shelfs the whole day not just at nights trying to rush around to shop but can’t because there is always staff members who have huge stock trolleys in the way. Again always seem to be restocking but never have anything! So what exactly are you even doing? Late night shops not a single human at any of the tills its just self service. Then which when leaving they check your receipt! Err sorry ive just done half your job for you scanning and paying a machine now you want a human to check i haven’t stolen anything!? Then why don’t you put a human on the tills then!? Further more locking one side of the entrance doors!? Why? This causes more inconvenience than anything else! Making people walk round to go out. Very backwards
