  Such a shame as everyone els like other security guards and workers are so lovely but had quite an unsettling experience with this guy. This guy followed my partner around the garage when he was looking for an ingredient we needed, we are also come to this Tescos often as we live around the corner. It’s frustrating because they let theifs in this shop day in day out and do not do anything about it but when you are an honest customer buying a product they are on you and it’s quite frustrating to make someone feel like they are doing something wrong.

  Had a very bad experience this morning i purchased my items paid via phone when to go and got told I didn’t pay the male member of staff was shouting at me and my Autistic child I’m reporting you you haven’t paid I opened my banking app which showed I payed this was not enough he continued to shout at me and I became very distressed along with my daughter so I continued to leave to get my daughter out of the situation ( while I was being followed and shouted at ) took her to school after calming her down and returned back to the store to resolve the issue as I knew I had paid they were so rude again I called the bank passed them the phone the bank gave them the transaction code to prove I paid , so the staff member walked off after shouting I had a rude husband to which I informed him I am not married and live alone do not know where that comment came from I also said I had a Autistic child with me to which the manager replied “ so “ , no apologies ,. The lady’s are lovely in there I go there every morning for my daughters lunch but this particular male member of staff is so rude it’s shocking , My daughter no longer want to go there which is sad as it was part of our routine, I have logged an official complaint as me and my daughter left very shaken up , I’m also going to the CEO

  Had the rudest interaction with the man on the tills today. I had said my correct pump number and the man had input the wrong pump number and then started blaming me and shouting at me and telling me he can argue with me if he wants. I am pregnant and started crying. My till receipt says 18:23 on the 07/07/2026. And my total was £33.09. I will never return to this branch again. Such a rude man. If my husband was with me this would have been a different story. Disgusting service. How dare you speak to a customer like that.

  They have a lack of ability to set up the self-service tills then leave you standing in the queue for five minutes while only having one person serve. This was the difference between me going from early to work to being late
