  Having a long stay in the hotel which meant I have used the restaurant daily! Dora is an asset to the company amazing customer service and attention to detail remembers the little things like drink preference and order choices which makes the place warm and welcoming!!!

  Nazia. And Chantelle. Iran’s staff in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant. Please give them the feedback that they deserve excellent service from the 3 staff members. And thank you. Premier Inn will be so wonderful I’ll definitely be back with my friends Lorraine Pilkington and SON xx

  Appena arrivati a Londra, con 2 bambini, il ristorante si trovava proprio sotto al nostro albergo. La cameriera ci ha chiesto di aspettare una mezz'oretta, abbiamo quindi atteso al bar, prendendo un aperitivo. Abbiamo chiesto al barista se avevano del the freddo per i nostri figli, e la risposta è stata "avete per caso visto che il the freddo era indicato sul menù??", con fare molto scocciato. Preciso che sul menù non era indicato neanche l'acqua, ma sorvoliamo. Arroganza ai massimi storici da parte del barista (soprattutto considerando che non parliamo inglese benissimo, abbiamo giusto fatto una domanda!). Per fortuna al ristorante dopo avevamo una cameriera molto gentile. Anche il cibo era molto buono. Consiglio per il proprietario: cambiare quel barista maleducato e sgradevole. Leggendo nelle recensioni, ho notato che è proprio nel suo stile rispondere in maniera sgarbata.
