  The cheeseburgers were enjoyable and there were plenty of topping choices, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was clean overall, including the seating area and toilets. The price felt a little high for a burger, but the experience was still good.

  A wonderful restaurant with excellent food and drinks. The atmosphere is very pleasant with plenty of seating both on the main level and on the second level separated by stairs. Children are also welcome here. It is suitable for meeting friends, families or individually. The assortment is very rich. The food here is fresh, prepared on site according to the customer's preference and very tasty. Everything is properly described and marked with the price. In addition to consuming on site, we can also take food home, perfectly packaged. The drinks are cold or hot enough. The staff is expeditious and very kind. I recommend it to everyone!

  "I am so disappointed with the staff here. He looked and acted like he was being forced to do his job — completely miserable, not a single smile, and very unwelcoming. He had absolutely no idea how to talk or treat people properly — he was pushy, rude, and totally unprofessional. You can’t make customers feel like you’re forcing yourself to serve them! Needs proper training immediately."

  I'm a celiac and I've just had the best burger I've had in a long time. I only learnt recently that five guys do a bunless burger, on request, wrapped in lettuce. They were quick to ask if it was for an allergy or preference. Once I stated I was celiac, without needing to ask, the man assured me there would be no cross contamination and pointed over to a guy and said he would be the only person cooking my food. Other burger restaurants could learn something (I'm looking at you golden arches) naming no names but they have a clown as their mascot for a reason. Very impressed with the team that served and cooked my lunch today 😊
