  My wife and I have enjoyed eating at the Bluewater Five Guys many times and have always been very satisfied with the food and service. However today we were at the Nugent Centre and decided eat lunch there . We ordered our usual burgers mine a plain cheeseburger , my wife’s a Little burger All the Way but no onion or mushrooms with large fries plus a drink. The chips were as usual very nice but the bottom bun on my burger was wet . When my wife looked at the bacon in her one it looked burnt and unpleasant.also it was much smaller in size that her normal burger at Bluewater I took her burger to the counter and showed it to a man who called the manager in a black shirt. She started to advise the process, when I tried to ask a question she stopped me be saying “Listen” . This happened 3 times . I was shown zero respect and was spoken to like an adult would talk to a child. I did not wish to hear any more and returned to my table, as I did I am sure she was talking about me to her colleagues, very rude and unprofessional. At £34 we expect a top class burger which we have always received at Bluewater. I will interested to hear a response.

  Very rude and dismissive staff. So much so the I don’t know whether the food was just badly cooked or if they have ruined the atmosphere for me.

  Been here a few times and also did delivery orders and its been perfect every time! The store is just the right size with an upstairs seating area i addition to the section downstairs and service has always been responsive.

  I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I was genuinely so impressed with the Five Guys in Orpington that I had to!!! The food was fresh, tasty and excellent, the service was great, but what really wowed me was how incredibly clean the whole restaurant was. I went to use the ketchup stations, then the toilets and honestly couldn’t believe how spotless they were. Super fresh, smelling lovely and clearly very well looked after. It was above and beyond what you would normally expect from a fast-food restaurant. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Twice employees came over to check on us! Whoever is managing this store and the team working there are doing a fantastic job. Well done, guys and Lillie. Really impressed!
