  The food was great, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed rude and unhappy, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. A good burger isn’t enough to make up for a poor customer experience, so I won’t be returning.

  Don’t fall into this trap! I ordered a hamburger from the children’s menu and specifically said “with grilled cheese.” However, we were only served a grilled cheese burger. When I spoke to the staff, they insisted that this was exactly what I had ordered and were quite dismissive. Before leaving a review, I wanted to give them a chance to address the issue, so I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager took the same approach, saying that they trusted their team and that whatever they had done must have been correct. I explained that if “with grilled cheese” could be misunderstood, someone should have clarified my order when it was being taken. Their response was simply that it was my responsibility. Customer service here is practically non-existent. I would also like to mention that the fries were the worst I’ve ever been served—cold, greasy, and clearly sitting for a long time. Based on this experience, the entire team seems to need retraining. I definitely won’t be returning.

  Best Five guys ever!! I have been to alot of Fivr guys and this one is the place to go. Very satisfying, friendly team, clean and relaxed...perfect for the weekend!!!
