- LJlady jApr 19, 20261.0Nisa Local – 491 Yeading Lane, Northolt UB5 6LN I have been a local customer in this area for over 50 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. A male staff member repeatedly followed me around the shop, stood directly behind me at the freezer, and spoke to me in an accusatory tone as if I was doing something wrong. When I questioned why he only behaves this way with certain customers, he told me to “go shop somewhere else.” When I raised this with another staff member, I was laughed at instead of being taken seriously. This behaviour is completely unacceptable in a community shop. Customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and treated equally.
