    Very disappointing experience at Papa John’s Norbury today. I went to buy a medium pizza with chicken, pepperoni and ham. Initially, there were two indian girls(staff members) and one of them told me the price would be £10. While I was about to pay, I received an important phone call and answered it briefly. After that, I felt that the two staff members became very rude. They were giving me unpleasant looks and making gestures that made me feel uncomfortable. When I was ready to pay, I was then told the same pizza would cost £12 instead of the £10 I had originally been quoted. I asked why the price had changed, but I did not receive a clear explanation. And the other girl said a three toppings pozza costs 12 pounds... When I got home, I called the store again as if I were a new customer and asked how much a medium collection pizza with the same toppings would cost. I was told it was only £7.99 and that they could even offer a discount. When I then explained that I had just been charged £12 for the same pizza and asked why, there was silence. The staff member then spoke to me rudely and said, “This is not the way we solve problems,” before insisting the price was £12. The inconsistent pricing and poor customer service have left me feeling that I was treated unfairly. I hope the management investigates this incident, explains why different prices were quoted for the same order, and ensures customers are treated with respect. Staff members who provide poor customer service can damage the company’s reputation. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and charged consistently. My advice to other customers is to always check the price before paying and keep your receipt. In my experience, I was quoted different prices for the same pizza, and I was left feeling that I had been overcharged. Please double-check the price before making payment.

    Ordered a Meat Feast and it was a joke. Barely any toppings on it, like 2 bits of pepperoni, 2 bits of ham and a few tiny bits of beef per slice. I get the economy has hit hard, but Papa Johns isn’t a local family business, it’s a huge company, and customers still expect some quality. Never again.
