  I, placed on Friday at 20:14 PM. I ordered a large Margherita pizza with stuffed cheese crust and a special garlic sauce. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, I was informed by a staff member that pepperoni had been added to the pizza. As I require halal food, this rendered the meal completely inedible for me. To make matters worse, the staff member offered to let us keep the pizza along with a "complimentary" garlic sauce. Given that I had already paid for the garlic sauce in my original order, offering it as a complimentary gesture makes no sense. Furthermore, when I requested a refund, the staff member seemed confused as to why I was asking for one and merely offered to remake the pizza if I was willing to wait even longer. This level of service and lack of dietary awareness is extremely disappointing. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from your establishment again. And to be told I would have to wait for a full refund in 3-5 working days. ☹️
