  I am most disappointed with Tesco especially regarding the Freezers which seems to pack up constantly. I need to get Gluten free products from the Freezer section but behold there has been a problem for three days now and no indication when the matter will be resolved. It says on the notice if you can't find the product you need ask an assistant. Well that is even more useless as the assistant CV looks all the products have been binned. I think this store needs a big revamp and I have been coming here for a considerably long time but Tesco extra is deteriorating no doubt and needs better management.

  We don’t live in London, and usually when doing a big shop offer the customers behind us to gain the points. Today we were rudely told by the cashier that we are not allowed to do it. Not sure why, probably for the cashier lady to be right. Reading all the reviews doesn’t surprise me.

  The staff was not helpful at all. My partner and I went in the store today and using scan as you go checkout. One of their aisle’s weren’t closed and screens were ready to use therefore we entered and a lady walked in saying this one isn’t allowed we apologised and said no problem we will move she said since you’ve scanned it get it done then and left. We stood there waiting for approval and taking tag off. There was another lady standing in front of us and previous lady while leaving told her to approve and help us which she didn’t even move from where she was standing and upon requesting to her multiple times she kept denying and never came forward to help. We went towards her and said please take the tags off she still kept denying that why have we entered there. We repeatedly had to justify we didn’t know it was close but your colleague said it’s ok now and she straight away refused asking who said no one said even though the previous lady asked her and she acknowledged us and it was very embarrassing she said we haven’t paid and we were leaving and we repeatedly had to please approve so we can pay and another lady came in and rationalised the situation said I’ll help you and we left. It was very unpleasant and embarrassing

  I have been a loyal Tesco customer for over 10 years, but unfortunately that loyalty has now come to an end. Two weeks ago, I received a parking charge notice claiming that my car had been left overnight in the Tesco car park. This is completely untrue. I visited the store for around 15 minutes on Friday, then returned again on Saturday afternoon after visiting IKEA. It appears the parking system failed to record one of my exits and incorrectly assumed my car had remained there overnight. I disputed the charge with the car park operator, but regardless of the outcome, the experience has been extremely frustrating. As a long-standing customer, I expected Tesco to use a parking management system that works reliably and does not penalise genuine shoppers. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I now shop at Sainsbury's and Aldi instead. Tesco has lost a loyal customer of more than a decade over a completely avoidable situation. I hope Tesco reviews its parking arrangements before more genuine customers are treated this way.
