  I was starving and needed a quick snack, so I went to the bakery and decided to buy a pack of two croissants — one for me and one for my son. As soon as I took the first bite, I felt a deep sense of anger knowing that a supermarket like Tesco has the capacity to sell food that is hard, clearly stale, and already close to being unfit for consumption. You simply do not do this to people. Even if something were being given away for free, we should still offer other people food, clothing, shoes, etc. that are in a DECENT condition and fit to be used or consumed. Shame on you!

  I'm loosing patience toward the Tesco staff, they are so ridiculously rude and no manner. It's seems the staff treated they customer similar to the corner shop groceries with poor service.

  I had a really uncomfortable and embarrassing experience at Tesco today. While I was doing my shopping and packing my bags after scanning everything, I put the bread to one side because I wanted to pack the vegetables first so the bread wouldn’t get squashed. A member of staff then approached me and asked, “Did you pay for it?” I said that I had, and she then asked to see my receipt. I understand that staff may need to check things sometimes, but I was very uncomfortable with the way I was approached. I had several bags of shopping with me, and being singled out and questioned over one loaf of bread made me feel embarrassed, especially when I had clearly paid for my shopping. What made the situation worse was feeling that the staff were laughing afterwards. Whether that was directed at me or not, it made me feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. If a staff member needs to check something, there are polite and discreet ways of doing it without making the customer feel embarrassed or as though they have done something wrong. I hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously, because this experience left me very upset and disappointed.
