  Horrible guy who served me, i was very polite and he was very dismissive and chucked my change at me acting like he didnt willingly sign up for the job. Absolute disgrace the youth these days

  Always has everything you need. Recently installed self checkouts which has helped massively as previously you had to wait when there was no one serving.

  This is a compliment to one of your brilliant staff member at the co-op shop in old Malden (manor drive) On Wednesday 20/05/26 at around 12:10 I visited the shop to buy some lunch and I witnessed another customer being quite rude to your staff member R. Sutharmina. She just said that if you pay by card customer can use self service machine and the customer stormed out and asked for her name. I think the way how your staff handled this was impeccable and very professional so well done to her! Please make sure this compliment is reported appropriately. If we all understood that we are all on the same boat working hard we would be a bit more patiant, respectful and things would be muchbbetter! Kind regards, Marco

  Everytime i look at their website for stuff to see if they have it in stock they NEVER do plus there is literally only 1 staff in the shop at the busiest time. Sometimes there is two but that just makes it worse like im waiting for someone at the till for 30 min and no one is ever there. I have to almost drag them to the checkout. So rude.

  Eggs are ALWAYS cracked or off. Shocking.
