- SASofia Anatoday1.0I get coffee treats weekly because I’m paying for Monzo app. I got a coffee today this lady served me she said who is the free coffee for and she treating it as a free coffee. Didn’t even make my latte nice it feels like hot water with a bit of milk. It tasted disgusting. it’s not free. I’m still paying monthly for an app where I get four coffees a month maybe train your staff to know how to talk and serve customers to the best of their ability with good quality product because we still pay for things nothing is for free in this world

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
