Came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening, and it was buzzy. They serve Japanese food here, the sort of food that white people think is Japanese. It isn't necessarily bad, but I wouldn't come here for an authentic experience.
I do however, understand why people come here, because the atmosphere is buzzing, as a seen and be seen sort of place, with a variety of seating. The food goes down easy, basic as it may be. Service is good and generally fast. They've got a bar, counter seating, table seating, in a massive space, in a very convenient and central location. They're also in an alley so it's easy to get an Uber post-dinner as the car can wait there.

First time I've been, definitely worth all the positive reviews, I'll certainly go back or try the local one in Thailand 😀

Came here with my family a few weeks back. Although the service wasn’t as attentive as usual towards the begining of our seating/meal, the food was 10/10 as always. I will post the reciept in case you want to try what we ordered. Alex (blonde lady) was amazing at helping us get the best orders & was very friendly. Her dessert recommendation was the best I’ve ever had in Zuma.

The food was excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience. Service was good, but not exceptional.
My only issue was with the service charge. When I asked for it to be removed, the waiter seemed surprised, asked why, and took a while to process the request. Since the service charge is optional, every customer has the right to decline it without feeling questioned or uncomfortable.
I also believe that automatically adding a high service charge to the bill before asking the customer creates unnecessary pressure and awkwardness. Customers should feel free to choose whether or not to pay it.
Overall, great food, but this part of the experience could be handled much better.

Zuma London exceeded all our expectations. The tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary, featuring world-class seafood, exquisite wagyu, perfectly balanced flavors, and a dessert selection that was truly a work of art. Combined with warm, attentive, and highly professional service, it became one of the finest dining experiences we have ever enjoyed. Highly recommended and deserving of the highest praise.
Warm regards,
Kristofer and his husband Thomas from Stockholm.
