  We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday at Zuma and the entire evening was truly exceptional – easily one of the best meals I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and special. The managers were attentive and professional throughout, and our sommelier David was outstanding. His recommendations were spot-on and elevated the whole experience. The Premium Menu was mind-blowing. Every course was spectacular – perfectly executed, beautifully presented and full of flavour. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing. The quality, the creativity and the consistency from start to finish were unbelievable. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we both enjoyed every moment. It felt like a unique and privileged experience rather than just a meal. We left inspired and already talking about when we can return. Perfect 10/10 from beginning to end. Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion.

  Das Zuma kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen! Ein absolut hervorragendes Restaurant mit unglaublich leckerem Essen und einem exzellenten Service. Das Sushi war super frisch, geschmacklich einfach perfekt und von höchster Qualität. Besonders begeistert hat mich der Lobsterschwanz – mit Abstand einer der besten, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe! Einfach traumhaft zubereitet. Auch der Service war erstklassig, das Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war wunderschön und das Erlebnis rundum perfekt. Wer richtig gutes Essen und einen hervorragenden Service genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

  Buzzy atmosphere, especially at counter, which is the main reason to come. Chicken legendary and delicious. Wagyu gyoza too. Sushi we ordered aburi, and it was overcooked, essentially ruined — the chef should have refused if the fish could not tolerate torching. Uniquely, a drunk woman next to us smashed a delicate shot glass on the hard edge of the stone counter, showering my girlfriend in broken glass, that made her bleed as she picked it off her dress. The waitress was professional about this and supplied a plaster and we voluntarily filled out an accident report. But no discount, drink, dessert or follow-up was offered — on the one hand this is understandable, given this was not entirely the restaurants fault, but on the other hand would have been gracious and hospitable given our cooperation with their bureaucracy and a £350 bill.

  Booked this for a special occasion and upon arrival was told we hadn’t “confirmed our booking” despite putting CC details in and booking via open table. Shuffled to the end of the counter table with little legroom and feeling like we were just given that seat so they could sell our table to a bigger group. Serving was meh, the atmosphere wasn’t as expected. I’d recommend the obvious competitors over this place every time. Very expensive dinner to not enjoy. Saving grace - the food is good and no complaints on that front.

  A Zuma that’s a cut below the ones I’ve visited… the location isn’t much to write home about and can’t be compared to Zuma in Rome, Ibiza or Kitzbühel… as for the rest, the staff are certainly very knowledgeable and extremely friendly… but it doesn’t meet the standards of other Zumas, even in terms of food quality – although clearly similar to the other venues, it lacks that certain something… definitely not… and the same goes for the atmosphere inside… Zuma is also about the atmosphere… you won’t find any of that in there.
