  I had a really enjoyable visit to Zuma London. The atmosphere was stylish, lively, and welcoming, with a great vibe throughout the evening. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour, and everything we tried was really well prepared. The staff were attentive and professional, and the service was excellent. A great place for a special meal—I’d definitely come back again.

  Absolutely exceptional food! We’ve tried other restaurants with similar dishes on the menu, but nothing compares to the quality and flavour here. It’s why we keep coming back!A huge compliment to the chefs and kitchen team working hard behind the scenes — your effort really shows.The only small comment would be the noise from a screaming child seated nearby. We completely understand children can get upset, but as dining here feels like a special treat, perhaps families with very young children could be seated towards the back where possible. Just a thought to help make the experience enjoyable for everyone.Overall, we love this place and will definitely be back!

  Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with both the booking process and the way we were treated at Zuma London. We called the restaurant in advance and booked a table for a specific time. During the call, we provided all the requested details: our name, number of guests, phone number and email address. However, we were never informed that a deposit was required to confirm the reservation, nor did we receive any link or instructions on how to pay it. When we arrived at the restaurant at the agreed time, we were told that our reservation had not been confirmed because the deposit had not been paid. How were we supposed to pay a deposit when nobody had even told us that one was required? What made the situation even worse was that we arrived with children, including a young child. As an alternative, we were offered seats at a high table, essentially bar-style seating. It should be obvious that this is neither comfortable nor appropriate for a family with young children. The fact that the staff did not even take this into consideration was astonishing. But the most disappointing part was the attitude of the staff. There was absolutely no genuine apology, concern or attempt to take responsibility for what was clearly a failure in their booking process. Instead, we were met with complete indifference, as though the inconvenience caused to us was simply not their problem. For a restaurant of this level, such an attitude towards guests is completely unacceptable. The service was appalling. If a deposit is mandatory to confirm a reservation, it is the restaurant’s responsibility to clearly communicate this during the phone call and provide guests with the necessary payment instructions. An evening that we had planned in advance to enjoy as a family was completely ruined. We left extremely disappointed not only with the booking process, but even more so with the dismissive and unprofessional way the situation was handled by the staff.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Horrible Service April was honestly the worst staff member I have ever dealt with. Her attitude towards me was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to me made me feel extremely unwelcome and completely ruined my experience at Zuma London. Thankfully, Matt was the complete opposite. He was absolutely amazing, respectful and genuinely kind. After the terrible experience with April, Matt completely turned my mood around and made the rest of my visit so much better. He treated me exactly how a customer should be treated and honestly saved the experience for me. Zuma is lucky to have someone like Matt on their team and not April
