Excellent and attentive service. I always get nervous when eating alone, but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and kept checking in with me - very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

Our visit was amazing, of course it was busy and service would be slower than anticipated but we were always reassured by staff and they were very friendly, the cocktails made was amazing as well.

Returned to Zizzy after a while, food was okay, although both pastas were not great. Meatball pasta was too spicy, the Spiedini is not as great as in the Hereford branch. What was really poor is the service. We were welcomed and sat. We asked for some water, it was 20 minutes and reminder later that we got some water. Not good in the heatwave. We tried to ask another lady server, who was too busy serving others. Again, food order was not taken, we resorted to ordering online. A while later, the server asked to take order and we told him we ordered online. A while later, he came back and said it was not received in the kitchen. I insisted we placed it and 'send to kitchen' was confirmed. A few moments later, he said, it just came through. The table next to us also resorted to online order. Olive oil was provided on request but was really not looking/smelling good quality. Again, no further service and we decided to leave. I went to the till and asked for bill, and they had trouble getting the £1 main course offer. 5 minutes later, the server seemed frustrated, and so were we. We asked to remove the service charge and again they had technical trouble, and in the end, we paid what we were asked and left. Truly off-putting experience, with nothing other than the venue being a positive.

😂😱 Come “aperitivo”, fusilli essiccati.

Bardha was absolutely fantastic, but service was VERY slow and poor with the men before we finally managed to order. Waited about 25 mins before we ordered a drink. Bardha came to take deliver our drinks, took our order and it all changed
