  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Wingstop branch did not disappoint at all icl 😭 the wings were so good, the flavours were hitting and the fries were actually elite. Everything came fresh and the staff were lovely too, service was proper good from start to finish. The whole experience was a solid 10/10, no complaints whatsoever. They understood the assignment fr, definitely coming back because Wingstop never misses when it’s done right 🔥

  I have been going to Wingstop for a long time, and I have never been so disgusted by an experience that I felt the need to write a bad review. Unfortunately, this experience was so shocking that I feel I have to speak up. I bit into one of my boneless chicken bites and discovered a long strand of hair coming out of the chicken. I was absolutely disgusted. Having to pull what appeared to be someone’s hair from the kitchen out of my mouth while eating is genuinely revolting and completely unacceptable. The hygiene standards are seriously concerning. How can something like this happen when food is being prepared and served to customers? I also noticed that staff members had beards which raised further concerns for me about whether appropriate hair restraints are being used. Staff preparing food should have their hair properly secured, and suitable beard nets should be worn where necessary to minimise the risk of hair contaminating food. I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding a long strand of hair in the chicken I was eating is not something I should ever have to experience. It has completely put me off eating there and made me question the hygiene and food preparation standards. This is genuinely the first bad review I have ever written, which shows just how shocked and disgusted I am. As a long-time customer, I expected much better. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Wingstop, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into what happened.

  The food was amazing! I had to order takeaway because I couldn’t find parking, so I ate in my car. But there were no tissues or gloves provided.

  Terrible-terrible Woodgreen wingstop!!! I ordered “large fully loaded “ fries for £4.95. What a daylight robbery guys have a look. I am going to escalate to even the media and some authorities, not sure how many people are being robbed like this. They are large and barely 10-15 fries inside the huge box they give.
