Great food as always, but special thanks to Rohit Kumar! They were extremely patient, polite, and gave great recommendations on sauces and flavors. Top-tier service!"

Those were the most terrible chicken wings I have ever eaten. They arrived boiling hot and completely unsafe to touch or consume. Over-frying made the meat totally dry and completely flavorless. There was a total absence of any seasoning or spices, even I ordered the ones with sauces.

Unless it’s a Sunday evening and everything else it’s closed and you are starving go ahead otherwise it’s a big no no absolutely disgusting… am amazed by the pallet of people that they rate it 5 or 4 stars.

Very disappointing experience with this Wingstop in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. I ordered through Deliveroo and the food was awful. The chicken and fries had a horrible taste and a very unpleasant aftertaste, which made the whole meal difficult to eat. It tasted as though the food had been fried in very old, dirty oil. I expected much better from them. I would strongly recommend that the management look into the quality of the cooking oil and the food preparation at this branch. I certainly would not order from this location again based on this experience.
