  I’ve visited Wingstop in Dalston several times and have always had a great experience. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are always friendly and polite. Special thanks to Sulaiman, who was incredibly patient and helpful when we were unsure what to order.

  We had a wonderful experience here! The food was delicious, and everything we ordered based on the recommendations turned out to be excellent. A special mention goes to abdul, who provided outstanding service.

  Had a really great experience at Wingstop Dalston! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Shiloh. She was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit. She made sure we were looked after and was genuinely lovely to deal with. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable. Shiloh is a credit to the team at Wingstop Dalston. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Once upon a time there was a hungry tired mum on her way home from work, she thought ohhh I ain't had wingstop in a long while and I deserve a treat after the horrid day I've had... Nope. Not this wingstop. Just came home to find a "trio of ranch" in my bag when I remember listing out "I'd like the blue cheese, honey mustard and the other one" Sent my son to exchange the extra flavoured ranch pots for the dips I actually asked for. I could hear the manager with the full beard on repeat about specifications of the amazing ranch dips THAT I DID NOT ORDER. My son puts me on loud speaker. I clarify that I wanted the honey mustard and blue cheese dips and I was clear when ordering. He gives my son the blue cheese (says well we ran out of honey mustard anyway) and YET ANOTHER MONOLOGUE ON RANCH FLAVOURS They repeated what the ranch deal involves ten times in response to me clarifying "darling I didn't ask for no trio of ranch I fully said the words BLUE CHEESE DIP"... Guess what his answer was... "well the ranch deal doesn't include blue cheese" 🤣😡🤬 it's like delulu land to me articulating "well that's interesting but not relevant because I didn't ask for any kind of ranch trio... " So I had to leave my food at home to go cold while I cycle back to the shop... Guess what his opening speech opener was "the trio of ranch flavours doesn't....." 🙃🙃🙃 I cut him off and got irate at this point because it's like he's antagonising me on purpose at this point... Maybe he was dared into it, maybe he gets his kicks off aggravating tired hungry people going home from a long day at work, maybe due to his heavy accent his grasp of English is letting him down. I don't flipping know. Anyway I said "the trio of ranch is irrelevant and I'm going to scream if you describe it to me for the sixteenth time because for the fifteenth time: ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR WHEN ORDERING if you want let's get out the CCTV because I'm loud and articulate and I know what I ordered" Beardy manager: "please don't raise your voice madam" Me: "then please stop forcing me to repeat the same request and information, there's only so many times I can whisper the same thing" after a LOT OF ABSOLUTE DRIVEL AND NONSENSE I GOT THE HONEY MUSTARD HE TOLD MY KID THEY RAN OUT OF!!! came home four hours after leaving work finally to the correct dips but a very cold and shriveled meal. The end. Honestly looking at the reviews and the influx of positive flooking reviews from 99% of the people with names from the same part of the planet...which matches the nationality of all the staff there today. Obvious how fake the reviews are. Yet so many genuine real people repeating similar issues I've had. The manager being rude and getting the wrong order blamed on the customer and never rectified. You're not polite by being rude in hushed tones, and you're not rude when you've had to repeat yourself fifty times and leave your home after just getting in from work because they're taking advantage of the fact I sent my kid on his bike first and they could lie to him or mug him off
