  A special thank you to Bilal, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was super sweet, friendly and attentive, and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Bilal gave us some great recommendations, made jokes with our children, and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. When our food arrived, he took the time to talk us through our order and showed us where the gloves, straws and everything else were. He even pointed out the washrooms to us such thoughtful little touches that really made a difference. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely makes you feel so looked after. Bilal made our evening even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Bilal, and thank you Wingstop Beckton for such a great evening! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️🍗

  Had a great experience at Wingstop! A special shout out to Bilal for his service. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and genuine care for customers really stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable. Great food and even better service—I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend for everyone.

  Had a really great experience at Wingstop Beckton, and I especially want to shout out Redwan for the excellent service. He was genuinely friendly, polite and welcoming, and made sure everything was sorted properly. It’s always nice when a member of staff goes the extra mile and actually cares about the customer experience.

  NHS discount disappointment. I’ve been to Wingstop around 40 times, so I’d say I’m a pretty regular customer. We genuinely love the food, my usual is Korean and Louisiana, while my husband gets Brazilian and Garlic. My biggest disappointment is honestly the NHS discount dropping from 25% to 15%. It feels quite stingy, especially for regular NHS customers. The food is amazing when it’s on point, although when it gets really busy, the seasoning is very little. I also wish they were more generous with the sauces! That said, the staff are always really kind and helpful, and the place is usually clean. We genuinely enjoy coming here and will keep returning. I just wish they’d reconsider the NHS discount. Parking is free!
