Visited tonight and was served ham and cheese croquettes when I'm a vegetarian by religion. Once I confronted them, they took the food but noone apologised for the error. When paying they offered no apology and money of the bill. When i took it up with them, they said they hadn't charged for service. The audacity! Very disappointed in my experience. If you have any special requirements, intolerances or allergies I would suggest you look elsewhere because whilst the place is lovely inside, the food, service and staff were appalling. Never ever again!

We had such a lovely experience, thanks to Char and Paula . Both are amazing staff. Specially thank you to Paula, who looked after us so wonderfully. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and made us feel so comfortable.
Paula went above and beyond to make sure we were okay throughout our meal. She communicated with us so well, was attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely made us feel valued and looked after. Her warm personality and kindness really stood out.
It’s not every day you come across someone who makes such a positive difference to your dining experience. Paula is an absolute credit to the restaurant, and we truly appreciated her amazing service. Thank you, Paula, for making our visit even more special! ❤️

Exceptional!
We had the set menu. At the price we paid, we could very reasonably have had low expectations. However, the food, service and ambience was absolutely top rate.
Even if we had gone for the a la carte, the prices are incredibly reasonable for central London. But that doesn't pay justice to the quality. The fish was cooked to perfection and the garlic butter it was cooked in was delicious.
Even the fine detail which I think makes or breaks a food experience was there. For example sauteed greens with garlic, had texture and flavour - rather than the usual (here's some veg) par-boiled broccoli.
To top it off - a lovely cup of espresso - proper bitter, classic Italian - not the new trendy fruity coffee I am unable to palate.
We were well looked after too. Gabriel was attentive, friendly and helpful. Hari at the bar conjured up my favourite cocktail for me.
After dinner we visited 8 - the cocktail bar on the eighth floor - then also stopped by at the Stage to listen to some excellent live music.
There are plenty of staff here. The service is professional and understated. You can see by the way the table cloths are changed that the staff are properly trained.
Having lived in London for many years, this is one of the best hotel food and drink experiences I've had.

We went to this lovely restaurant in the Londoner Hotel just after the theatre.
We went as a group of 8 and from the moment we arrived the service was excellent. We chose the set menu and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food.
Starters were Ceviche and ham croquettes. I chose the Ribeye steak which was excellent. My children chose the chicken milanese and they loved it.
Dessert was a combination of the very light and fluffy Tiramisu and strawberries with cream.
We all had a delightful time and if you are going to the theater I would highly recommend you either begin or end your day at this excellent restaurant.
Special thanks goes to Ripon and Paula who looked after us.
