  Always a pleasure to come back to Wagamama! A special mention to Jesna, who is absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and provides outstanding hospitality. Her warm and welcoming attitude makes every visit enjoyable, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.   I went last night with a friend of mine and was welcomed by a lovely staff member by the name of Mahjabin. She was very helpful in finding us a quieter area in the restaurant to sit and was very attentive with her service. The food was and drinks were also great. I ordered the steak teriyaki soba which I thoroughly enjoyed (the steak was cooked a perfect med-rare). To drink I had the asahi midori biru and as I enjoyed it so much I ended ordering a few. So than you Mahjabin and wigmore wagama for providing such an enjoyable evening

  This experience was very good. We see that Wagamama has turned around their food and service dramatically from 3-4 years ago to its original glory from many years ago. Also Marek the manager of the Wigmore Street branch is very good. We had a bad experience with a staff - we asked for the manager and he turned the experience around into a very positive one from a bad initial encounter with an unprofessional employee. He changed the server to Shree again a good team member, who really took care of our needs. We sat for and ate twice the amount. Congratulations Wagamama for the turnaround!!

  The service and food quality at the Wigmore Street Wagama's was exceptional. Our waitress Jesna was very friendly and so helpful. She is an absolute credit to Wagamama's and I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to family and friends.
