  Had a wonderful experience! Was served by Maliha who was so kind and caring! She gave us free green and ice cream which made us so happy! Her service was exceptional right through, will definitely be back

  The worst Wagamama I’ve been to in the UK. Lost my order, then I was given the wrong takeout order completely, then no payment systems would work, left standing there for 30mins. Queues of people arriving to be seated and multiple people around me complaining about not having their drinks or food yet. The chicken (not what I ordered) was dry, cold, a small portion, and not worth £17.70

  Popped in solo for a quick bite, and while the food was great, the service was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, once my order was finally in, the kitchen was fast and the food was amazing - no complaints whatsoever on the meal itself. The staff were friendly overall, but the service fell short on attentiveness at times. It took 10–15 minutes just to get my order taken, and tracking down a server was surprisingly difficult given the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When my server came over, she spent most of the interaction making eye contact and laughing with a colleague a few feet away, forcing me to repeat myself (and didn’t apologise). It felt quite rude and unprofessional. So, yes - quite a mixed bag!

  Thank you Shar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience! Shar was incredibly warm, attentive and accommodating throughout our visit, which made our meal even more enjoyable. After our delicious meal, Shar recommended the vanilla ice cream for dessert, and we’re so glad she did. The ice cream was absolutely delicious! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was the perfect way to finish our meal. Thank you, Shar, for the fantastic service and wonderful recommendation. We’ll definitely be back!

  Jesna at the Duke street branch had an amazing customer service, very attentive and helpful. Full of life! Food was delicious. All round a very good exprience.
