  I came with the special need child with wheelchair he is British boy i am the carer i want to eat the food but that boy can't eat our Asian food then he got his own food they didn't allow us inside to eat or outside sit and eat as well. I ordered take away but it is not good they have to respect the special need children.

  Michele was the best and most entertaining waiter! She served us amazing food and gave us some great ideas and recommendations to choose from. She has such a beautiful heart, a wonderful personality, and she was so funny and kind. I will definitely be coming back to see Michele again!   Food was good but I had a really lovely experience. Michele who served me was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. She made me and my mum feel comfortable and were very helpful throughout as well as making us laugh all night. It’s always nice to receive such genuine and friendly service. I really appreciate the effort and would definitely recommend!

  ​This was my first visit to Wagamama, and it made a great impression. We were greeted immediately and shown straight to our table with zero wait time. ​The menu has plenty of appealing options, but as a big fan of spicy food, I quickly gravitated toward the buldak chicken wings and buldak beef bibimbap. Our waitress was fantastic—my friends were undecided, and she patiently fielded all our questions, shared her personal favorites, and guided their choices (which they ended up loving). She also checked in on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was hitting the mark. ​As for the buldak dishes: the flavors were delicious and everything was cooked to perfection, but heat-wise, they fell short. The flavor profile leaned far more sweet than spicy. While it still tasted great, anyone ordering "buldak" expecting serious heat will likely be underwhelmed. That said, the standout service and quality of the food mean I’d happily return.

  I ordered the buldak bibimbap - switched the beef brisket for prawns due to dietary reasons. It tasted incredible, but a couple mins in I found a piece of beef brisket in my bowl which of course raised many questions, as I am Muslim and can no longer carry on eating this as wagamamas is not halal certified. I alerted the supervisor/manager Manaj who double checked and confirmed it was beef brisket, spoke to the kitchen staff and came back deeply disappointed and apologised a plentiful of times. Which I appreciated. This isn’t his fault nor mine but this could have been 100% avoided by the kitchen but also could have been worse for me if it was due to allergies. As a customer I am understanding that these things can happen, it’s what and how the management deal with this kind of situation that change the experience. He told me not to pay for my meal but he also told me to pick the same dish remade or pick another. I picked the raisukaree which I also know is nice. Thank you to Manaj for being kind and understanding. I hope the kitchen staff see this and do not make this mistake again.
