  We had such a lovely experience! Our waiter Nitesh was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and provided excellent service with a great attitude. Thank you for making our meal even more enjoyable we really appreciated it!

  Not very impressed with the level of service or food, here’s why. Went on Thursday night and it wasn’t that busy. Got a seat for two easily and staff took orders quickly. Food arrived and the Saku Saku duck Soba and Katsu Udon were ok, nothing special and not very big. Also the Saku could definitely have been warmer. What particularly annoyed me though was having to ask two waiters for a green tea refill. They both said they would get me one and nothing arrived by the end of the meal. If it was very busy maybe I could understand, but no one was rushed off their feet. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

  Michelle at the Stratford restaurant was amazing, super friendly and efficient. They were also really good with my allergy and ensured my food was made separately and away from the allergen. Food was delicious!

  We got sat down and was told the women would come and take our order, we were waiting for a while while they were talking to each other for 5 minutes I had to go and ask if we can order now and not even an apology she was very rude her name was RJ and had to wait awhile for her to put the order through. Would not recommend this Wagamamas.

  Went here to grab lunch had to leave with out eating due to staffs lack of care /knowledge on allegens I was sat down and know one asked about if we had allergies so I made this aware when the gentleman was very abasive and repeated at me you have allergens in a manner that felt more like an inconvenience than a question he then took my menu away from me and replaced with a gluten free one (which I am not allergic to …im allergic to crusteacens and mollusc) when I asked another member of staff for the full allergen menu was told it didn’t exist (which is illegal for a company of this size and I know to be false as have eaten in many Wagamamas due to there usual standard of allergens) and to sit down and a manager will come explain the menu to me eventually after this interaction I no longer felt safe to eat here and left Overall a very disappointing and frankly scary experience to have in such a large restaurant group
