  Food was very nice but massively overpriced. Also the staff shouldn't keep trying to coerce you into downloading the Wagamama app.

  Honestly ran by clowns. We were outside queuing for an hour and a half and almost half the restaurant had free tables. When asked if my partner could sit down (who is an amputee) we were told no. Manager is rubbish making his staff tell the people who were queuing that even though we were told it would be a 20 minutes wait at the beginning they now had us needing wait another 20 (ended up being longer). Rubbish service whe we got in as well. All tables getting their drinks. We didn’t get our drinks till the end. (We were outside in the hot for an hour)… do not recommend. Food was great but not worth the stress

  We had Nilima serving us and she was kind and attentive with our orders. Our food came in a timely manner and Nilima made sure that we had all our orders and noted which ones we were still waiting for.

  Went to wagas during a really busy period (Take that Thursday 25th) with my disabled Mum. Tony (we assume the manager) got my mum a chair whilst we waited for a booth. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our entire visit. Food still came out quick even with the constant conveyor belt of people lining up to come in. All of that whilst they're working in the heat. Kudos to the staff.

  Food was mostly fine. Quite expensive for the portion sizes. Had duck gyoza and they were really crumbly which was unpleasant. Starters came after the mains were delivered. Very busy inside. I do like how easy it is to pay through the app rather than flagging down staff.
