  Food is decent. Nothing specific or special in the menu. We tried katsu curry with rice , and ramen, taste is amazing as usual . No complaints about anything.

  The staffs are so rude and very unhelpful the whole time. We came as a group, felt very unwelcome and got mistreated.

  As a longtime Wagamama customer I found the Wembley restaurant disappointing. It was not busy however the kitchen seemed to be struggling to keep up and our mains were served nearly 10 minutes apart. We observed other customers having the same issue. Also the chicken was very dry with a token amount of sauce.

  Very disappointing experience at Wagamama Wembley We visited Wagamama in Wembley on 12 September and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We waited in the queue for 1 hour and 40 minutes, only to reach the front and then be told by the manager that she couldn’t give us a table. The way this was communicated was particularly disappointing, as we found the manager to be very rude and unhelpful. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing customers who had made online bookings being given priority, while we had spent such a long time waiting in the queue. After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes, we ultimately had no choice but to leave without being seated. We had been looking forward to eating there, so this was extremely disappointing. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but after such a long wait, I expected much better communication and customer service from the management. Unfortunately, our experience at Wagamama Wembley left us very unhappy and we would have expected much better from a well-known restaurant.

  I've seen other reviews criticising this Wagas so I thought I'd leave a positive review. We went yesterday before the England vs Spain game. There was a huge queue but we'd already booked so we're able to walk right in. People complaining that bookings are prioritised - yes, that's how restaurants work! Our servers were excellent, it was clean and not too crowded and the food was great (although took slightly longer than other Wagas but understandable due to how many people they had to serve). We appreciated the waiter being honest on how long a bento box would take which allowed us to order something else for my son. If you're going on an event day, book in advance and go straight to the front of the queue. 👍
