  My wagamama application cannot be login. I cannot use my reward on my birthday. This is what I think the application service is bad

  I have only visited this place once, but my overall experience was very positive. The restaurant was not very busy during my visit, and both the food and the service were excellent. I'd definitely revisit it.

  I was literally kicked out of the place after my drink was served because I hadn’t ordered any food. I was told it was the place’s policy, which I understand, but I hadn’t been told in advance. I had to drink my order in 2 minutes and leave the place. People don’t have to be aware of policies if there are no signs available or staff telling you about them. I’m not coming back.

  I’d give it a zero if I could, except the lovely young lady who showed us to our table and gave us our menus who deserves some praise. We arrived around 2.30pm, were given lunch menus, chose our food and waited, and waited and waited to order. We could see the staff were pretty busy and tried to attract attention to order. Eventually the waitress arrived at just 3pm and told us we could not order from the lunch menu any longer. We hadn’t even looked at any other menus. We said we’d been sat for 30 mins waiting, but after her then speaking to and sending over her superior, her boss we assume rudely stated that it was past 3pm now and we could not order from the lunch menu. We got up and left, went to Five Guys next door, lovely staff and we had a delicious burger, drinks & fries, spent £60 so Wagamama you lost out! We won’t come back.
