  Stopped by during our sightseeing and were so impressed by how accommodating and welcoming the restaurant was, especially for our large group of 12. We were initially seated outside, but when it started to rain, the waitstaff immediately moved us to the covered area without hesitation. My son has food allergies, and the manager personally came over to take his order and made sure he was well looked after throughout our entire meal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure his food and even his water were kept separate from the rest of the table. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional. We truly appreciated how thoughtful and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend this restaurant—we would happily return!

  The service we received from Wagamama Victoria was absolutely amazing! Jess our server was so lovely and after an incident with a bird pooing on one of us, she was the most amazing help doing everything she could to make sure we were okay and to make sure we could still enjoy our time.

  Perfect location on the South Bank with a lovely outside space for dining. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was nice too. I can't fault this restaurant at all dining there was a lovely experience for me and my granddaughter. I look forward to going back there...

  Came here for a cute and casual birthday lunch for my sister! And we had the best time! Food is always reliable and hits the spot. I frequent Wagamama’s often but I must say that our server, Baris made this experience so much more enjoyable. He was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful and had a good vibe all through and we really appreciated how well taken care of we were! So shoutout to you Baris! :)

  I’m a regular Wagamama customer and have always loved the food, so this experience at the Victoria branch was really disappointing. I visited today with my mum, who was trying Wagamama for the first time. Towards the end of my meal, I noticed a strand of hair in my food. My instinct was to pick it out and throw it away, which in hindsight I realise was a mistake as I should have kept it there. I informed the manager, not because I wanted a refund or replacement, but simply to let him know about my experience. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, he came across as quite rude and focused on the fact that I had already thrown the hair away, implying there was nothing he could do. I understand that I should have kept the hair, but I expected some basic empathy and acknowledgement. A simple apology would have made a big difference. As a regular customer, I left feeling very disappointed with both the experience and the way my complaint was handled.
