  Premessa che sto valutando solo.il senza glutine: hanno un menu specifico per il senza glutine all'interno (non specificato all'esterno) sembrando molto tranquillo sicuri e preparati.... ti scrivono anche sulla carta davanti "celiac" e il numero del piatto che hai scelto....poi dopo che ordini ti vengono a dire: la devo avvisare che i piatti sul menu che le ho mostrato sono tutti senza glutine si, ma che non possiamo garantire la piena garanzia alla contaminazione visto che in cucina i piatti vengono preparati tutti nello stesso posto.... e dopo un paio d'ore, purtroppo, tutto torna!!!!!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel I should share it. I’ve visited Wagamama at several locations — including Manchester and Dubai — so I have a solid reference point for what the food should taste like. Unfortunately, this branch didn’t meet that standard. The ramen broth was bland and lacked the depth and richness I’d expect from the chain. A cocktail I ordered was equally underwhelming — overly acidic and unbalanced. At this price point, I’d expect a much better experience — sadly, the quality simply didn’t match what was being charged. A few other things worth mentioning: • Glassware — the glasses were visibly dirty and left smudges, which isn’t a great first impression. • Restrooms — the condition of the toilets was well below what you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. I genuinely hope the team takes this as constructive feedback. The brand has a strong reputation, and it would be great to see this location live up to it.

  As a Taiwanese, who eat Japanese food for over 40 years, I have to say that the food here is not Japanese food at all. The taste and quality of the food is awful (rate 1/10). THIS IS NO JAPANESE FOOD. If you love Japanese food, don’t try it. If you never tried Japanese food before, remember, this is not real Japanese food.

  There was an Indian waiter when we asked him to check for sauces that contain alcohol and for cross contamination he wasn’t satisfied to help and rolled his eyes, then he asked someone who wasn’t even helpful and didn’t check like other branches, then there is an Indian customer inside on the stairs who was drunk flipping the customer out! This the worst branch I ever visited through out my whole life.

  If you’re looking for a go to restaurant in Tower Bridge area, Wagamama is something I would definitely recommend. The Food is absolutely fantastic with pleasant ambience. This guy Ashok who served us is a gem to their team, he loves interacting, was very helpful and fulfilled all our requests. I was very happy with his service. Also they have an open kitchen which is a plus who enjoy it, must visit place in the area. Cheers!
