  I went to Wagamama the first time I visited London in 1997 as a college student. I was excited to go back on a recent trip. My kids don't like Asian food, so the host told us they could eat outside food. While we were eating, the manager came up to us and very rudely scolded my kids and me. I was aghast because we had already spoken with the host who sat us, who said it was fine before we came in. Otherwise, we would never have brought outside food in. We weren't trying to be disrespectful. I can't say the same for the manager. The treatment my young children and I received was disturbing. He kept walking by, leering at me. It was very creepy and uncomfortable, to say the least. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of eating when it happened, or I would have walked out. I will say our server was so kind. He kept apologizing for the manager's bizarre behavior. I will never go back to this particular restaurant or any Wagamama. It's overrated, and this particular manager doesn't understand how to manage his restaurant or treat his customers.

  Wagamama is always a good idea :) Great lunch menu, great coffee, and the kimchi is delicious

  Very nice experience. Redwan had great service. He was very welcoming. Will be coming back!

  Redwan was our server and was extremely nice and respectful. The food was really good and we enjoyed it!
