  The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, and gentle. They were so warm and welcoming, especially towards my children, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. It was lovely to see how patient, attentive, and thoughtful they were with the kids. A special mention to the manager/senior staff member, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more special. They kindly prepared a dish that my children particularly liked and offered it to them free of charge. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. It’s not just the food that makes a place memorable, but also the kindness, hospitality, and personal attention you receive. The staff made us feel valued and went out of their way to ensure that we had a lovely experience as a family. We really appreciated their generosity and excellent service. Thank you for such a lovely experience! We’ll definitely remember the warmth and kindness shown to us, and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for families with children! ❤️

  First time for me in a wagamana. Friendly reception (this branch doesn't take bookings but at 6pm on a Friday night the turnaround was fast and there were spaces). The meal was ordered but only for the person who spoke to the waiter so that was awkward but apparently they assume each person will order their own meal. At the end of the meal you are presented with a QR code option for paying through their app. So presumably a great place for the individuals who have social interaction issues. The duck was recommended but goodness was it salty. The place looked shabby

  Despite being in such a busy area near the London Eye, we only waited about five minutes for a table at lunchtime. I liked the convenience of ordering and paying through the QR code at the table. My wife had the grilled chicken ramen and I had the chicken and prawn yaki soba. Both were good, although the prawns in mine were much smaller than I expected. The noodles were great, portions were good, and prices were reasonable for the area. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a good experience.

  Worst experience in London ever: We ate here on September 25th, and I was genuinely shocked to find a dead fly half-buried under the rice in my salmon bowl. What made it ten times worse was how the staff handled it. When I pointed it out, the chef immediately went on the defense, insisting it couldn't have come from the kitchen. There was zero accountability and not a single sincere apology. They actually made us feel like we were lying or put it there ourselves. All they did was take the salmon off the bill and toss in a 20% discount, completely missing the point. Mistakes happen, but treating customers like the bad guys when your food is contaminated is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Classic Wagamama’s - bang average. Food was nice but doesn’t come out together so someone’s always left waiting. Edamame came salted but not tossed so only top ones salted, when asked for more salt was handed an empty salt grinder… long. Worst bit was one dish came garnished with coriander despite alerting waitress upon arrival of coriander allergy. Can tell nobody really cares… Steak was well cooked tho (medium rare) so that’s something!
