  I had traveled far for a Wagamamas and I was awfully seated with the host dragging me up and down the restaurant yesterday, then I was sat on Vanessa’s table. She was a crude horrible person that grew increasingly cross as we added each item awful experience she served our food and missed out others, I think she needs to be retrained serious issue there, and then when I went to leave I let a waitress know I was taking a few napkins and she rudely exclaimed “NO!” spitting at me as well, I wish I was making this up and looked at me to tell me that it was all some rouse, a fancy joke, what a disgusting set of people and a horrible experience, I think I blame the establishment’s training above all, will not be coming again.

  Went for a very late dinner. Was quite quiet but it was almost 10. Food was great and arrived very quickly. Drinks arrived almost immediately after ordering. Louisa (I hope I’m remembering that right) was absolutely fantastic and so kind, really an asset to your team. Thank you :-)
