Firstly THANKS to Kamila and Mike as they were AMAZING! We don't usually use Romford Branch however now we have been twice and always greeted by Kamila who has gone the extra mile to deliver. Fantastic customer service and duty of care by her, always. Thank you Kamila.

I love Wagamama, Romford venue is always great, service is lovely and food doesnt disappoint. However, we ordered food last night, Wednesday evening, and fried tofu in raisukaree was old. The flavour was so bad it affected the whole dish. I tried to eat it to see if maybe only a few pieces were old but unfortunately the whole portion was bad. And now, the next morning, I've got a stomachache. I just wanted to flag the tofu issue so the food is monitored a bit better to avoid situation like that in the future.
