  Driving for uber, waited 20 minutes here for the order on a £3 trip. Would have cancelled if they told me how long I’d be waiting. They only had one table of 3. When the order was ready the guy on shift didnt even notify me and I had to chase him down to confirm the order

  We visited Wagamama Paddington today and had a lovely experience. We wanted to try the new Buldak collaboration, but we needed to change the beef to prawns due to dietary requirements. The manager who was on shift around 7pm was so helpful and kindly made the change for us without any fuss. We really appreciated her understanding and great customer service. Thank you so much for making our visit enjoyable — it was delicious and we’ll definitely be back

  Ein ganz tolles Restaurant mit modernem und stilvollem Essen. Service totale Spitze, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen total lecker und verlangt nach mehr. Restaurant super sauber.
