  Overall brilliant service. Friendly staff (particular mention Abivai). They accidently got my order wrong and very quickly apologised and rectified the issue.

  We found a piece of chicken in one of our vegetarian dishes, which was obviously concerning. However, I have to give huge credit to Mustafa, the manager, for how professionally and compassionately he handled the situation. He immediately apologised, took the issue seriously, spoke to the kitchen to ensure it was addressed, and replaced our meal. He also kindly removed the meal from our bill. What really stood out was the genuine care and understanding he showed throughout. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they are handled that makes a difference, and Mustafa went above and beyond to make sure we felt listened to and looked after. I honestly haven't experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. Mustafa really turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into one that left us feeling genuinely valued.

  The duck noodles were disappointing and not particularly enjoyable. Unfortunately, I also became severely unwell with symptoms consistent with suspected food poisoning after my visit, which has left me very concerned that my illness may be linked to the meal. I've reported this to the restaurant and expect it to be investigated.

  Poor quality ramen, sides were served well into the main meal Chicken gyoza were served rock hard Korean chicken bao buns contained a single sliver of chicken When we requested to alter the bill to account for the poor food, my girlfriend who stuffers with a stutter was told to “speak properly” and was then give a list of excuses as to why we could not alter the bill She was left crying after this, which almost ruined our night Stay well away from this place, the food is mid at best, and we were met with such a hostile reaction for a simple request that I would never even consider visiting wagama
