Pooja did a fabulous job helping me navigate the menu and making sure there were no unexpected surprises with the food. As a vegetarian, this meant a lot to me, and I really appreciated her care, attention, and guidance. Thank you, Pooja, for making the experience so enjoyable!

We had a lovely experience overall, largely thanks to Cintia, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly, asked if we’d like drinks, and was very professional, polite and friendly. We even had a little laugh together, which made the atmosphere feel really welcoming. I had mentioned that I have a spinal condition, and Cintia was incredibly considerate. She took the time to find a solution that allowed me to sit comfortably inside, which genuinely made me feel seen, understood and welcomed. Her attitude and energy really stood out and made our day out so much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Daisy was quite different. When we were first seated, there was no particularly warm welcome, and she didn’t ask whether we had any allergies, whether we wanted water or whether we had visited before. She also had her phone out on the floor and didn’t seem particularly engaged or welcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. We also weren’t checked on properly during our visit until I mentioned that I would be leaving a review. I do want to emphasise that Cintia completely changed the experience for us. Her professionalism, kindness and genuine effort really made us feel looked after. Without her, unfortunately, the experience would have been very disappointing. Cintia is a real asset and deserves recognition for the way she treated us.
