⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious from start to finish!
We were blown away by every single dish. The main stir-fry was packed with tender chicken, perfectly balanced spicy-sweet sauce, and fresh crunchy veg – beautifully presented with that neat rice mound and lime touch! 🥘
The crispy bites were wonderfully golden and crunchy, paired with a creamy, cool dip and fresh pickles that cut through the richness perfectly. Even the small bites and prawn crackers were full of flavour and so thoughtfully put together.
Staff were lovely and attentive, food arrived quickly, and everything tasted fresh, hot, and full of wonderful flavours. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back! 🤤✨

The food was incredible as always — fresh, delicious and absolutely spot on — but what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service from Ioana.
She was genuinely lovely from start to finish: warm, friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our meal. It’s service like this that turns a good meal into a brilliant experience.
Ioana is an absolute asset to Wagamama and deserves recognition for the fantastic service she provides.

Chicken was severely undercooked , could see the blood under the skin from the katsu chicken curry I ordered , the person who served me was very mocking , smirking and after I payed she went to her other colleagues pointing at me and laughing at me saying “can I check out” instead of can I pay as I’ve been on 2 hours of sleep and too tired , when you want to go and finish your food they should just let you pay and go instead of pointing and laughing , that’s just pity and as someone who loves wagamama I think everyone should stay away from this particular branch

Vlad was exceptional. He definitely kept the vibe loose and chill while still being professional and welcoming. I’d also like to praise the chefs for the beef brisket, they absolutely nailed it! Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. A very big well done to the whole team!

Our recent visit to the Wagamama in Kingston was, unfortunately, a massive letdown. Given the price point, the quality of the food we were served was frankly shocking and completely unacceptable.
To start, the Raisukaree was a complete disaster. The rice served with the curry was severely undercooked and practically raw in the middle, while the curry itself was entirely tasteless and the chicken was extremely dry.
Things didn't get any better with the Donburi. Having spent a lot of time living and eating in Tokyo, it is frankly a disgrace to call what we were served a Donburi. Like the curry, the chicken was completely dry and the dish was utterly devoid of any flavor.
We also ordered a chicken and prawn yaki soba that had completely gone off. Fortunately, we realized this after taking just a single bite. The smell of the dish was extremely off-putting, so it was quite shocking that the kitchen did not notice this before sending it out to a customer.
The Korean chicken bao were the only item on the table that was halfway tasty, but at £9.50, they were extremely overpriced and simply not worth the money spent.
The only true saving grace of our entire evening was the service, specifically provided by Samir.
Samir is such a kind, warm, and caring individual. Despite how disappointing our food was, he went completely out of his way to make us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after from the moment we sat down. He checked in on us frequently with a warm smile.
Employees like Samir are a massive asset to our dining experience, and he is the absolute reason this review isn't a complete zero. Management needs to take a long look at the kitchen, but they should give Samir a raise immediately!
