  We went on a super hot day so the place was extremely busy, but they were super quick to take our order and made sure we had everything we needed. KD our server was so lovely, I would recommend her every time she is so sweet and easy to talk to. Great experience.

  I had an absolutely fantastic lunch at Wagamama Kingston today. The food was outstanding from start to finish. I ordered the ebi katsu and the chicken and prawn yaki soba, and both dishes were fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Everything arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly. What really made the experience special, though, was the service. Every member of staff I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing felt rushed, and despite being busy, the team made me feel valued as a guest throughout my visit. The service was impeccable and exactly how hospitality should be. It’s rare these days to find a restaurant that gets both the food and service so consistently right, but Wagamama Kingston certainly does. I left feeling very impressed and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service and a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. 👏🍜🍤

  I enjoyed the taste of the meal I chose, but I have to say it didn’t look very similar to the photo shown on the menu. The meal itself was good, and I also enjoyed the lemonade. However, the drink was advertised as a “cloudy lemonade,” but what I received was a regular lemonade. When something is described as cloudy lemonade, it’s natural to expect a cloudy-style lemonade. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but I think the menu photos and drink descriptions could be a bit more accurate.
