A special thank you to Kaja, who looked after me during my visit. She is one of the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful waitresses I have ever met. She made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality, genuine care, and exceptional customer service made my dining experience truly memorable. Staff like Kaja are a real credit to the restaurant. She is an absolute star, and I can’t thank her enough for making my visit so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Wagamama Holborn to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service. Thank you so much, Kaja—you are amazing! I hope the restaurant recognises what a wonderful member of the team you are.
