  Sadly not a good visit - didn’t ask if we had allergies, no offer of gluten free menu until I asked, rice was undercooked, wrong side dish came out, a lot of onions in a dish that didn’t mention onions - overall not worth it - getting more expensive as well!

  Had such a great lunch at Wagamama today. The food was brilliant as always, but what really made the experience was my server, Syam. He was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top. He made the whole meal feel that little bit more enjoyable and is a real credit to the team. Will definitely be back!

  I ordered the Chicken + Prawn Yaki Udon, expecting a good balance of protein, but it came with very little chicken and prawns 2 small pieces of each and was mostly noodles. Very disappointing quality. The service was not welcoming at all, and the staff’s attitude made us feel uncomfortable about even mentioning the poor quality of the food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. It’s my local Wagamama, so I’m not sure whether I’ll return after this.

  The staff are really friendly and helpful, a credit to the business. They moved me to another table because some other diners were being loud and obnoxious and were very apologetic. Food was lovely as well. Well worth a visit.
