  The chicken soup was cold and no taste for £15.80, it seems only mixing water with tasteless chicken, staff not professional

  I absolutely love Wagamama ramen and honestly eat it almost every day 😂 Because I work in different parts of London, I’ve ordered from quite a few different Wagamama locations, and Hampstead is by far the best one. I’ve had some really disappointing orders from other branches where the ramen was completely different from what it should be, but I genuinely can’t remember ever having a bad one from Hampstead. It’s always fresh, hot, full of flavour and prepared exactly as it should be. The quality is incredibly consistent, whether I order delivery or eat in the restaurant. I’ve been ordering from here regularly for a long time and they somehow get it right every single time. The staff are always lovely too and the service when dining in is just as good. Definitely my favourite Wagamama branch and the one I trust when I want my ramen done properly. ❤️🍜 5/5 every time.

  Myself and my daughter are massive Wagamama fans. And the food today was great again. Very disappointed that the male toilets smelt auful though. Like a late night city centre pub at 6 pm on a Friday in a restaurant in Hampstead. Sort it out guys. It made me ask all sorts of questions in my head about the cleanliness in general and I am sure this is undeserved. I will be back. But hopefully not to a smelly toilet again.
