  I'm basically a regular at this point at this Wagas and I love it - the staff are super friendly and attentive, and the food is splendid! I had the opportunity to try the new menu this week and it is a must MUST try everyone!

  I had a great experience at the Wagamama on Great Marlborough Street. Right from the start, the place felt friendly and lively. What really made this visit stand out was the excellent service from the manager, Dawid. He made sure everything about my meal was just right. Dawid paid close attention to every detail and truly cared about his guests, which made me feel welcome. The food was tasty, fresh, and arrived quickly. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants good food and friendly service.

  3rd class staff 3rd class 3rd class 1/5 – Absolutely Disappointing Service, Would Not Return I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at last night was so bad that I feel I have to warn others. We made a reservation for 7:30 PM for a special occasion and still ended up waiting 45 minutes just to be seated, with no explanation or apology from the host. When we finally sat down, our waiter seemed completely overwhelmed and visibly annoyed. It took another 25 minutes for someone to even take our drink order. The drinks arrived lukewarm, and two of them were wrong. When we politely pointed it out, the waiter rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath. Our food took over an hour to arrive — and when it did, one dish was completely missing. The server blamed the kitchen and disappeared for another 20 minutes. By the time the missing item showed up, the rest of the table had finished eating and the food was cold. No manager ever checked on us. No complimentary drinks or desserts to make up for the disaster. The final bill still had the wrong items on it, and we had to flag someone down just to pay. Zero accountability, zero care. The food itself was decent when it was actually hot, but the service was so shockingly poor that it completely ruined the evening. Save your money and your time — go somewhere that actually values customers. Never again.
