  Extremely disappointing experience. On September 5th, my friend and I came to dine at this restaurant. We were told that it was very busy and were asked to stand and wait in the corridor outside the actual restaurant, despite there being tables clearly available where we could have been seated. We had to repeatedly ask whether we could sit at one of the available tables, but our requests were ignored. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching customers who arrived after us being acknowledged, seated, and served while we continued to be overlooked. The server responsible for the area introduced himself as Josh, although I cannot confirm whether that was his actual name. Throughout our time there, we felt deliberately ignored and received no meaningful assistance or explanation. Eventually, the service became so unacceptable that we decided to leave without dining at all. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and certainly not the standard of hospitality you would expect when visiting a restaurant.
