Sent us a noodle dish via Deliveroo…..but hadn’t actually cooked the noodles. Would be hilarious, if it wasn’t so incompetent!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE This is not a Wagamama restaurant. This is just an industrial estate depot. We ordered through Uber Eats, on my wife’s birthday, and waited 1.5 hrs before we got a message saying that our order couldn’t be delivered but clearly it was because they were closing and couldn’t be bothered to fulfill the order before they closed.

Really poor representation of Wagamamas! If I didn't know how these meals were meant to taste then I'd be disappointed and wouldn't order again from wagamamas. Both Ramen meals were cold, noodles were over cooked and mushy, Pak choi was not cooked enough and inedible, half the veggies and garnish were missing and farrrrr too much chilli!! To the point my nose was running and eyes watering. I often eat at wagamamas and this is such poor quality. Won't order from this branch again.
