  Been Wagamamas many times but never served like this. Chin was the nicest waitress ever. She was so so friendly and welcoming and so thoughtful! We never felt like a burden and we think she is genuinely fantastic. Thank you so much Chin!!

  Varied menu and efficient staff. I have been to this location many times and the last two occasions we had the pleasure of being served by a young teen called Tariq. He was very friendly and diligent. The food came on time apart from one dish and he gave us a concession. Super service and delicious food! The teriyaki soba was yum.

  Small portions of meat on 15-20£ dishes. Not a welcoming reception by manager -street attitude!-you are in hospitality!not in the hood! Manageress lecturing on why portions small (apparently because they pre packed)do I care?! I was told im rude by a teenage mangaress who behaves as if she is in a street and not in hospitality environment. All we wanted is an afternoon with our grandchildren. What we got was a very bad experience! This branch was terrible!!

  Mo and his team today were amazing in looking after our party of 22, which included an allergy. They kept us safe, food was all piping out and tasty, and service was first class. Thank you everyone.
