  As a Vegan I like the large variety of vegan items. Friendly staff like Jess are helpful. Nice to get their opinion about new items. When I order food from this location the items arrive on time. The freshly squeezed Positive and Power juices are my favourite. However my new drink of choice is the Matcha Colada Large. My favourite main is the Kare Burosu Ramen. My favourite side is the Yasai Vegetable Gyoza. My favourite Vegan desserts are the Bao Nuts. Miso Caramel + Toffee, Ube + Cherry and the Matcha + Chocolate.

  I came by for a quick dinner and i got it. Staff was so accommodating and very friendly. Food was amazing and drinks so refreshing, thank you for recommendations from my server. I had pork belly ramen, wok fried greens, prawn kushiyaki and more. Quick, easy and most of all delicious place.

  Literally my favourite branch! I always have a blessed service from Jess and Dana, They are always prompt and bring the food on time as well as as the food being very tasty it’s nice that there is a Wagamama's

  was served by Jess and Mirza, they dealt with my seafood allergy so well and made me feel safe eating in a restaurant with a lot of seafood dishes. definitely would return

  Very disappointed with how Wagamama Croydon handled a serious food safety concern. After multiple individuals from separate households became unwell following meals at this restaurant on different occasions involving similar dishes, I raised the matter directly with the company. Rather than properly engaging with the pattern of concern, they relied on internal checks and dismissed the complaint without addressing the significance of multiple unrelated people becoming ill. Given the seriousness of the issue and dissatisfaction with their response, the matter has now been reported to the local council’s Environmental Health team for independent review. My main concern is not only the illness itself, but the apparent lack of willingness to meaningfully investigate or acknowledge legitimate customer concerns regarding food safety. I would urge management to take complaints of this nature more seriously in future.
